Registration includes all sessions, materials, refreshments, meals, and entertainment. If you would like to include a guest in the conference's social activities, a guest fee of $75 will cover the cost of participation in Sunday night's dinner, the Monday tour and the Monday evening Reception & Dinner. To reserve your spot at the conference, complete the registration form and return it by Friday, June 27th, 2008.

Accommodations: Madden's on Gull Lake is truly a Minnesota Classic Resort. The resort covers about 1,000 acres of prime Midwest lake shoreline and offers a full-service marina as well as a private boat launch for guests who bring their own watercraft. Additional amenities include four courses featuring a combined total of 63 holes of golf. Madden's on Gull Lake has always been a pioneer in the golf resort industry. The Classic at Madden's is the crown jewel of Minnesota public golf courses and was recently honored with a 5-star rating by Golf Digest magazine, one of only 17 in the United States. To find out more about Madden's on Gull Lake, please visit www.maddens.com. To make reservations, call the resort directly at (800) 642-5363. Be sure to identify yourself as a participant of the conference.

Rates: Rates range from $148.00 to $238.00 per night, plus tax.

Best Ball Scramble: One of the more inviting ways to start a conference is by taking in a round of golf with your peers. Witness beautiful views from within Minnesota's pine and hardwood forests and the clear blue waters of the renowned Gull Lake. Approximately 63 well groomed and maintained holes: Pine Beach East, Pine Beach West, the Classic and the Social Nine courses are must see for golfers of all caliber. This annual best ball scramble is perfect for both beginners and seasoned veterans alike. This year, golfers can contact Gary Kintzi at (651) 556-9202 or gkintzi@messerlikramer.com. A block of tee times has been reserved beginning at 12:00 p.m. and ending at 1:30 p.m. A golf fee of $46 includes greens fees, cart rental and prizes.

National Trust of Historic Hotels of America: Madden's on Gull Lake is rich in history and architectural integrity. Established in 1926, Madden's on Gull Lake is a place so unique that it's set apart from all others. A place where the natural beauty and abundant recreational opportunities provide an environment as awe-inspiring today as it was when it was first envisioned over 80 years ago.
